O-mei Birthday Party Hostings

At O-mei, we want kids to have a great time on their birthday. You will find all the information below that you'll need to plan your child's party. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

We provide a group Martial Arts lesson for all who attend the party. Also, each person will receive a certificate which will offer 15% discount of martial arts classes.

We run many fun games and events such as dodge ball, freeze tag, relay races, shuttle run, etc.

We have many games that the birthday child and guests can choose from. They will always have fun!

Structure of the Party

  • Beginning of the Party - Setup begins 15 minutes prior to starting time.
  • It usually takes the guests approximately 10 to 15 minutes to show up and get ready to start.
  • Martial Arts Lesson for 20 to 30 minutes depending on the number of children (please wear comfortable clothing and shoes appropriate for martial arts. Ex. t-shirt, sweat pants, and tennis shoes).
  • Martial Arts Demonstration by some of the school's students (approximately 5 minutes).
  • We then play games for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • The children will have pizza, birthday cake and open their presents for the remaining 30 minutes. (If you would like your child to open their gifts at home, please let us know that way we can provide entertainment for them instead).

What you must bring to the party

We supply the entertainment, pizza, drinks, plastic ware (forks, spoons, knifes), plates, and napkins. Parents do not have to worry about clean up, we take care of that.

You supply the following:

  • If you would like themed plastic ware (forks, spoons, knifes), plates, and napkins. Please bring that with you. Also, please let us know a few days prior.
  • Please bring tablecloth. We recommend you bring a tablecloth large enough to accommodate all the children to sit around and eat.
  • If you wish to provide ice cream, we suggest bringing that along in a cooler.
  • If parents would like to provide food for the party instead of us providing pizza, please let us know a few days prior to the party.

Days and times available

Saturdays: 3:00pm - 4:30pm

Sundays: 2:00pm - 3:30pm; 4:00pm - 5:30pm

Price of the birthday party is $200.

This price includes *up to 20 kids*. If over 20 kids, there will be a $5 charge per kid. You must provide a list of all children that will possibly attend the party. It is very important that we get this list a few days prior to the party. We must have permission slips from each child who will be attending the party.

Instructions:

  1. Download and fill out the Birthday Party Agreement and send in your deposit.

    2. This is required to lock in a specific date and time for your party. For please call (703) 560-1900.

  2. Email the completed agreement form to O-mei Fairfax
  3. Print and give a 'ready waiver' to each person you invite.

    These release forms are due before the party starts. Please keep in mind, if a child doesn't have a release from his parents, the child will not be able to participate.
